1. Definitions
- Kireli: the online service at https://kireli.eu.
- Anchor Labs / we: Anchor Labs, the legal operator of Kireli.
- You / user: the natural person who uses a Kireli account.
- Space: a private collaboration space within Kireli.
- Content: text, media and other materials that users place in Kireli.
2. Applicability
Kireli is offered by Anchor Labs. Anchor Labs is the legal operator of the Kireli service. By creating an account or using Kireli, you agree to these terms. Additional rules may apply to Print Studio orders. See the print terms. Personal data are processed as described in the privacy notice.
3. The service
Kireli is a private place to preserve, organise and optionally print memories. The service is private by design: no public social feed and no advertising profiles.
4. Account requirements
- Independent registration is intended for users aged 16 or older. At that registration you confirm that age.
- Under 16 you may participate via the supported family invitation of a Space owner who, as parent or guardian (or otherwise authorised), consents for that private Space.
- You provide accurate and up-to-date account details.
- You keep login credentials secret and are responsible for activity under your account.
- You confirm your email address to use the service fully.
5. Spaces, membership and invitations
Spaces have roles and membership status. Invitations go to a concrete email address. Owners and admins have extra responsibilities for the Space. Abuse of invitations or membership is not allowed. Family invitations for under-16 require an explicit parent/guardian declaration by the Space owner and lead to membership as a member (no admin role).
You choose whom you invite to a Space. Trip Mapping can reveal where a person is or has been. Share Trips only with Space members you trust, and respect the privacy of others whose location or media you share. Following a Trip means seeing the latest deliberately shared stops or progress, not continuous or real-time location. Kireli Trip Mapping is not an emergency, safety or location-monitoring service and does not guarantee real-time positioning.
6. User content and rights
You retain the rights in content you upload or post, insofar as those rights are yours. You declare that you are authorised to use, share and where relevant print that content in Kireli.
You grant Anchor Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and transmit your content technically, solely as needed to provide Kireli. This is not a transfer of ownership and not a broad marketing licence.
If you share a DropZone link or QR code as organiser, you remain responsible for whom you invite to contribute media. Guests retain the rights in what they upload insofar as those rights are theirs; they confirm they may share those files with the organiser. Kireli does not claim a copyright transfer.
Optional Space games are Space activity, not a public competition. Participation, answers (including map-point guesses) and scores stay inside that Space. Kireli does not sell in-game advantages.
7. Prohibited and unlawful use
Among other things it is not permitted to use Kireli to:
- post unlawful, harmful or misleading content
- post, store or process via Print Studio pornographic or sexually explicit material
- post or distribute sexual exploitation or sexual content involving minors
- upload, store or print known or suspected child sexual abuse material
- infringe the rights of others
- disrupt, abuse or circumvent the service
- obtain access to Spaces or data without authorisation
Ordinary family photos (for example beach, swimming pool or a baby in a domestic context) are not prohibited in themselves. Safety and reporting features must not be used in bad faith. How Kireli reviews reported content is described in the privacy policy.
8. Storage and quotas
Kireli works with plan limits for among other things Spaces, members and storage. Those limits may change. If you exceed limits, uploads or certain actions may be restricted until you free space or adjust your plan.
Paid add-ons can raise the member limit of one specific Space. Unused Space entitlements from your plan can be stacked on an existing Space (25 members per entitlement, up to 100). Space XL adds 25 members on one Space without consuming a Space entitlement. Event XL temporarily raises that Space to 100 members for three months and does not consume Space entitlements. When a paid or pooled limit ends and the Space has more members than the new limit, existing members and content remain. New members cannot be added until you raise capacity or reduce membership. Kireli does not automatically remove members.
9. Subscriptions, prices and payment
Kireli offers paid memberships (Core, Plus and Complete) with monthly or annual billing via Stripe. Free is permanently free. Current prices are on the pricing page and are confirmed in Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, as shown in the product flow.
Tax/VAT is calculated where applicable by Stripe Tax. Official invoices come from Stripe. Kireli does not store full payment card details.
Space XL is a recurring add-on for one Space. Event XL is a one-time add-on with a fixed three-month entitlement window. Prices are confirmed in Stripe Checkout. Cancellation of Space XL follows the already paid period. Statutory consumer withdrawal for these add-ons follows the same rules as other Kireli paid services.
10. Cancelling a subscription
You can manage and cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal in your Kireli account. On cancellation at the end of the period, access generally remains available until the end of the already paid period, as indicated by Stripe and your account status.
11. Right of withdrawal for the subscription
The Kireli subscription is a continuous digital service. Online services generally have a statutory cooling-off period for consumers. These terms do not state that your right of withdrawal automatically fully lapses as soon as your account or subscription is activated.
If you request that service delivery begin during the cooling-off period, on withdrawal payment may be due for the part of the service already delivered, insofar as the law allows. An exception for digital content supplied in full in one go does not blindly fit this continuous SaaS service.
The current Stripe Checkout flow in Kireli does not contain a separate, explicit in-app confirmation by which you request immediate start during the cooling-off period and waive the right of withdrawal. We therefore do not write as if that specific flow already exists. Mandatory consumer rights remain.
Online withdrawal declaration (no account required): Withdraw from the agreement. With a Kireli account: via your account. Model withdrawal form: model withdrawal form. Ordinary cancellation of a continuous subscription remains via the Stripe customer portal. That is a separate process (§ cancellation).
12. Print Studio
Print orders are separate purchases of personalised products. The print terms apply to them alongside these general terms.
13. Availability and maintenance
We aim for a stable service, but give no absolute uptime guarantee. Maintenance, provider outages or force majeure may temporarily limit the service.
14. Intellectual property of Kireli
Software, trademarks, design and documentation of Kireli remain the property of Anchor Labs or its licensors. You receive only the usage right needed to use the service under these terms.
15. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious breach of these terms, abuse, security risk or legal necessity. Where reasonable we will inform you.
16. Account closure and data
You can close your account via your account page, under the safeguards shown there. Account closure ends access to the live service according to the existing deletion flow. Shared content, financial data, print orders, audit records and backups may have different treatment or retention. See also the privacy notice.
17. Liability
Mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights for non-conformity and product liability where applicable remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or wilful recklessness, or rights that may not legally be limited.
Insofar as legally permitted, Anchor Labs is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost income.
Insofar as liability exists and may be limited under applicable law, Anchor Labs aims to align that limitation with what you recently paid for the relevant service or order, for example subscription fees in the period before the event or the price of the relevant print order. Such amounts are not an absolute exclusion of statutory rights. The precise commercial elaboration remains subject to legal review.
18. Force majeure
We are not obliged to perform in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as outages at essential providers, network failures, disasters or government measures.
19. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights under Dutch and European consumer law apply. These terms do not limit those rights. For the subscription see section 11. For personalised print products see the print terms.
Complaints about the service or an order can be sent to support@kireli.eu (or by phone via 085-0607073). We handle complaints as promptly as reasonably possible. This is not a promise of a fixed statutory deadline.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the mandatory protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your right to bring a dispute before the court of your place of residence when mandatory law so provides.
21. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top show the current text. For material changes we inform where that is reasonable. If you continue to use the service thereafter, the new version applies insofar as that is legally permitted.
Registration currently stores acceptance timestamps, not automatically a link to every earlier document version. We therefore do not claim that Kireli can show for every historical user exactly which document version was accepted at the time.
