After a wedding, birthday, reunion or weekend, the best pictures often remain on everyone's phone, or in a group chat that nobody finds later. Kireli gives one calm place to collect those contributions, without opening your Space to the outside world.

How it works

Five steps. No public gallery, and nothing is published automatically.

  1. 1. Create or open your Event

    In your Space you set up an event, with an album where memories can later come together.

  2. 2. Share the contribution link or QR code

    You share a secured link or QR code. It is meant for contributing, not for browsing your Space.

  3. 3. Guests send photos and videos

    Guests do not need a Kireli account. They upload photos or videos through that link. They do not see existing Space or album content.

  4. 4. You review contributions

    New files come to you for review first. Only after your approval do they belong to the Event album. Nothing appears automatically.

  5. 5. Keep what remains

    Approved memories stay in your private Space, with the event and the album.

A contribution route, not membership

Guests get a controlled way to send something. That is different from access to your Space.

  • A guest does not automatically become a Space member.
  • A guest cannot browse the Space or the album.
  • The link is meant for contributing, with its own limit per contribution link.
  • Kireli's existing privacy boundaries remain: no public profile, no public feed.
  • You approve or reject before anything enters the album.

After the event

Approved photos and videos belong to the Event album in your Space. Members can react, give hearts or mark personal favourites. Later you can prepare a photobook from those memories in Print Studio. It remains your archive, not a temporary upload bucket.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need a Kireli account?
No. Through the contribution link or QR code they send photos and videos without an account and without becoming members.
Can guests see my Space?
No. Guests do not see existing Space or album content. They only get the upload route.
Can I use a QR code?
Yes. When you manage the contribution link you can show a QR code and share the URL.
Can guests add photos and videos?
Yes. Guests can send photos and videos in the formats Kireli supports for albums. There is a limit per contribution link, not unlimited storage.
What happens to contributions after the event?
Approved contributions stay in the Event album in your Space. Rejected or still-pending files do not belong to the album. You can close the contribution link later.
Can I use the photos later in a photobook?
Yes. Print Studio works with memories already in your Space, including approved album photos. Hearts and favourites help with selection. You decide what goes into the book.
Is this only for weddings?
No. A wedding is a clear example. The same applies to birthdays, reunions, weekends and other moments you share together.
How does my Space stay private?
The Space remains invitation-based. Guests do not become members and do not get an overview of your archive. What they send, you review first.
