1. Create an account and your first Space
Your account is personal. A Space is the private place where you work together as a household, friend group, couple or other close circle. Only people you invite can become members.
2. Invite each other
Invitations go to a specific email address. That keeps the circle small and recognisable. Administrators can guide members without the Space becoming public.
3. Preserve memories together
Add photos, videos and stories. Respond to each other, keep context with the moment, and later bring memories together in albums or a trip with stops and a private map. Nothing is meant for followers or reach, only for you.
Per memory you can adjust visibility to what fits within the Space. The Space itself remains a private environment: no public profile and no public feed.

4. Collect around an Event
For a birthday, weekend, wedding or reunion you can ask others to send photos and videos through a secure link or QR code. They do not need to be members and do not see existing Space or Album contents. Contributions come to you for approval first.

5. Make it tangible with Print Studio
When you are ready, you can prepare, review and order a photobook or yearbook from the memories in your Space. Hearts and favourites help with selection; you stay in control. Print Studio is a continuation of what you have already preserved digitally, not a separate upload tool.
