How many people fit in a Space?
Each Space has room for 25 members. That is included, from Free through Complete.
Use what your plan already includes
Not using every Space in your plan? You can apply an unused Space to add 25 extra members to another Space. Plus can reach 75 members this way, Complete 100. Free and Core have one Space, so this does not apply there.
Paid extra places are optional. You do not need Space XL to go beyond 25 members if your plan has unused Spaces.

Answers to common questions
- Is Free really free?
- Yes. Free is permanently free: one Space, 2 GB and the normal Kireli experience. Not a trial and no automatic expiry. Upgrading is optional.
- What is a Space?
- A Space is a separate shared environment in Kireli for a group or context, for example your household, relatives, friends or another close circle.
- Why Core if Free also has one Space?
- Core keeps the same single-Space simplicity but with 10 GB base storage instead of 2 GB. It is for one main environment without managing multiple Spaces.
- When do I need Plus?
- Plus is the first membership with multiple Spaces (3). Useful when you want separate contexts: household, friends, another group.
- Does extra storage add Spaces?
- No. Storage add-ons increase total storage only. The number of Spaces stays determined by your membership.
- Can Free users buy extra storage?
- Yes. Free users can add a storage add-on. Your membership stays Free; your total storage increases.
- Is Print included in Complete?
- Print Studio is available within Kireli at every membership tier. Physical print products (such as photobooks) are paid separately when ordered.
- How many people can be in a Space?
- Each Space includes 25 members. With Plus or Complete you can apply unused Spaces to bring one Space to 75 or 100 members. Space XL and Event XL are optional extras.
- Can I use an unused Space to make another Space larger?
- Yes, if your plan includes more than one Space. One unused Space adds 25 members on another Space, up to 100. That is part of your plan; it is not a separate purchase.
- What is Space XL?
- An optional recurring extra: +25 members on one Space, without using a Space from your plan. Up to 100 members in total. Existing members are not removed if you cancel; new members may pause if you are over the new limit.
- What is Event XL, and what happens afterwards?
- Event XL temporarily raises one Space to 100 people for three months. When it ends, people and photos stay. Adding new members is possible again once you are within the usual limit or add capacity.
- Can guests add photos without an account?
- Yes. Around an Event you can share a secure link or QR. Guests send photos and videos without joining and without seeing existing content. You approve before anything enters the Album.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Existing content remains preserved and accessible. If you use more Spaces, storage or members than your new limit, further growth on that dimension may be limited until you are within limit again or upgrade. Members and photos are not removed automatically.

Pricing
The final VAT/tax amount is determined by Stripe Tax based on your billing details. Where relevant, you can provide an EU VAT ID in Checkout. The official invoice and VAT breakdown are generated by Stripe and are then available through your Kireli account.
Before you start: general terms (including withdrawal information), Withdraw agreement (online, without an account), model withdrawal form, privacy policy and cookie policy. Print Studio is available within Kireli; physical print products are paid separately when ordered.
Recurring subscription: automatically renewed until ordinary cancellation via the Stripe customer portal in your account. Billing monthly or yearly according to the price shown.
