New people join a Space through an invitation. That is how the Space stays private.
How to do it
- Open the Space and go to members or settings.
- Choose to invite someone.
- Enter their email address, or create an invite link.
- The other person follows the invitation and becomes a member.
Good to know
- Only share an invite link with people you really want in the Space.
- Guests who add photos through an Event link do not become members. They cannot see the Space.
- If there is no room left, first see whether unused Space places can be used, before you buy extra capacity.
